Freshness and happiness:
Dive into our aquatic space!
With the support of the Uni VOILÀ! contest, which Camp Canak won in 2022, we had the incredible opportunity to acquire a swimming pool for our campers. After months of hard work, its installation was completed at the end of summer 2024.
But the adventure doesn’t stop there! We are committed to making this pool 100% accessible to everyone, ensuring that every camper can enjoy it without any barriers.
As a non-profit organization, we rely on financial support to bring this project to life. You can make a difference! Every donation and partnership brings us closer to creating an inclusive aquatic space for all.
Join us and dive into this amazing adventure by becoming a donor!

The common room
At Camp Canak, we all eat together around large tables to maintain the warm, family-like atmosphere of a summer camp. Before meals, we sing songs to enhance this friendly and lively ambiance.
Afterward, we can relax in the adjoining lounge for a moment of rest. When we need more space for certain activities, we simply move the chairs and tables, allowing us to create the necessary room with ease.

The activity & meeting room
This is where we come together to let our creativity flow. The activity room is fully equipped with everything needed for arts and crafts, STEM projects, and much more.
Additionally, this room is available for rent.

Our snoezelen room
At the heart of our camp, we have created a Snoezelen Room, a specially designed space that offers our campers a moment of deep relaxation and adapted sensory stimulation.
This calming environment allows everyone to unwind at their own pace while exploring various sensory elements:
-
Soft and colorful lighting that creates a warm and comforting ambiance
-
Relaxing music and soothing sounds to promote well-being and serenity
-
Tactile and interactive objects (vibrating cushions, fiber optics, sensory balls) to stimulate touch and curiosity
-
Visual effects and light projections for full immersion in a relaxing atmosphere
Whether for a moment of calm and focus or an enriching sensory experience, our Snoezelen Room is a true haven of well-being, accessible to all our campers.

Lake access
We are fortunate to have a right of way, providing direct access to the two Kedgwick lakes.
This privileged spot allows us to enjoy fishing, paddleboarding, pedal boating, or simply relaxing by the water.

The campfire spot
Around the campfire, we sing at the top of our lungs, listen to captivating stories, laugh out loud, and create memories that will last a lifetime. It’s also the perfect time to enjoy delicious roasted marshmallows, take a moment to admire the starry sky, and soak in the fresh outdoor air.
A campfire is more than just a fire... it’s a moment of connection, sharing, and pure joy. 🔥
